Bridgeport Theatre Company presents the holiday classic A Christmas Carol, running six performances only: Dec 7 – 15 at Pilgrim Hall Theatre at United Congregational Church, 877 Park Ave. (enter on State St.) in downtown Bridgeport.
The production, directed by Brian Michael Riley, features Mark Frattaroli as Scrooge leading a cast of 25+ local actors, locally designed puppets, and live choral music and musical underscoring by composer Christopher Cavaliere–it’s the perfect holiday treat for the whole family!
The all-local cast includes Gloriana Arganese, Steve Benko, Joe Cardozo, Akilah Cox, Olivia Dietrich, Lidiane Fernandes, Mark Frattaroli, Marie Fulda, Evelynne Fulda, Molly Gaumer, Khallid Graham, Maddy Harvey, Miah Hudler, Emma LaPlace, Colleen McCurley, Kevin Pelkey, Mary Pelkey, Lynnette Repollet, Deb Riley, Kitty Robertson, Liam Robertson, Madelyn Silberger, Marcella Silberger, Nadine Wagner and Dylan Webb.
Additionally, BTC is collecting food donations to benefit the Food Pantry of the Norma F. Pfriem Urban Outreach Initiative at the United Congregational Church. Please bring canned and non-perishable items to the show with you and help feed those in need this holiday season.
Tickets are $23 for adults and $18 for seniors/students/kids. Audience members of all ages are welcome! Wine/beer/sodas and snacks will be available, and all are encouraged to bring their own picnics for the cabaret style seating in the church theater. The seating area will open 45 minutes prior to showtime. An attended parking lot is on the premises. The performance dates are as follows: Evening performances: Fridays and Saturdays Dec 7, 8, 14, and 15 at 7:30pm; Matinees: Sun Dec 9 and Sat Dec 15 at 2pm.
