The forecast looks nice for Thursday’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade marching Main Street downtown. I’ll be there badgering my favorite city pols. Parade Grand Marshal Frank Carroll promises the biggest parade ever. Check it out, St. Patrick’s Day festivities in the Park City:
