24 Hours A Day – A Ground Up Development For The East End

Little things mean a lot, especially when you’ve gone without.

City-elected and development officials on Wednesday broke ground on another project shepherded by the Christoph family which is transforming the East End and East Side at the Steelpointe Harbor revitalization area.

The two-acre site along Seaview Avenue will include a 24-hour, quick-service convenience and sandwich shop, Dunkin’ Donuts, gas station, EV charging and car wash.

Officials project the destination to be open in one year.

  1. Why not? Great place ( on and off exits to I-95) for drug transactions, blow jobs, soliciting money to gas-up their out of fuel car nearby, coffee and donuts for those with the Munchies.
