Pols Converge On Black Rock Day

Two rivals for state senate, Bill Finch and Tyler Mack, groove to Black Rock Day.

Nothing like a little politicking on a neighborhood pride day. Black Rock Day lived up to its annual celebration with a variety of pols meeting and greeting and running.

    When you have nothing personal to say, you provide an opportunity for others to hear a message that works for you? What are the three top things that RFK,Jr. will do for you that the other candidates oppose? Where is the usual attention by the Republicans citing facts and policy mistakes where Trump’s term actually proved that he was and could be a better administrator, a leader of the Free World, and using dollars primarily to benefit the wealthy billionaire class rather than the Common Good? Age is relative to health, and “Trumpeting” about your mental state and intellectual genius ( while forgetting the name of your physician) does not score points in this race.
    In a community where few citizens exercise their right and eligibility to vote, how can we be pleased or proud with the future of local democratic practice? Time will tell.
