Last September Superior Court Judge Dale Radcliffe tapped Stratford-based attorney Barry Knott as the receiver to manage the troubled Success Village co-op, roughly 2,000 residents split between Bridgeport and Stratford without heat and hot water.
Knott asked residents and owners for patience as he navigated antiquated boilers, installed a temporary system with an eye toward a long-term fix while untangling wayward finances and bare coffers under the watch of the displaced board of directors.
He has notified owners to attend the first general assembly, May 31 at the Success Village Community Room.
