GOP Leader Files Ethics Complaint Against City Council

Update: Republican Town Chair Marc Delmonico filed a formal complaint Friday with the city’s Ethics Commission charging the Bridgeport City Council with receiving improper benefits from promoters of the Gathering of the Vibes at Seaside Park.
The City Charter and Code of Ordinances addresses several areas the GOP leader cites in his complaint, including:
