*** L/E, your point is well taken on the P.T. Barnum rule “you can’t get something for nothing”! However Finch & the city of Bpt’s governmental setup, breaks this “RULE” every year during budget season. So maybe it’s time for the city’s libraries to start getting theirs on “direct withdraw” so to speak? The more “$” city services and employees, along with taxpayers give back to the city, the more they want & take, by any means necessary. Plus, did the Mayor in fact close a $40 million deficit or merely just keeping the sinking budget vessel afloat while buying some time using smoke & mirrors? Time for the Bpt library dept to attempt to put their future survival in the hands of the voters! ***

Sylvester you are right on … BRAVO.
I would replace the horses with a goldfish, if someone wants to look at something. Put the bowl on the mayors desk. Actually watching the fish go ’round and ’round should keep Finch entertained for days.
How much are we as a city paying for injuries sustained by the mounted cops; I bet a lot.
