I hope it comes into play. More is more, and the more cars coming to and from the new location, the more cars and potential business for that development. Could be the impetus for a Port Jeff-type synergy that we presently lack at the old location.

If the footprint were a little bigger where those burned-out 6 families are at the bottom of the Seaview NB exit, it would be a great location for a gas station, convenience store. It’s probably too small, but at least there is potential.

Why not put Charlie in charge; Public Facilities, Parks and the Port. 3 P’s in the Pod for big Chucky.

Up on Bpt. I hope so too but I bet that 15 or 20 acres that the PA put out an RFP on will come into play as it relates to whether they move or not. Let’s keep our fingers crossed.

Well the Veto is in by Finch and I am not really upset. I hope that now that Riccio is gone Finch & Company pick a strong director that knows how to manage the port.
I would like to think that the council will re-write some of the language governing the PA.
I would hope that a strong group of commissioners would be appointed to oversee the port and its director.
Time will tell.
