Monday night’s meeting also includes a vote on the Ordinance Committee recommendation regarding the Charter Revision draft report focused heavily on beefing up the Ethics Commission with its own, staffed office and updates to Civil Service clarifying mayoral discretionary hires and protected classified staff.
If approved by the full council it heads for voter approval on November’s ballot.
