From Brian Lockhart, CT Post: The ethics commission member accused of soliciting a prostitute has “with great reluctance” resigned. But Dr. Noel Kayo also wrote in his letter to Mayor Joe Ganim that he hoped to again volunteer for a municipal board after he clears his “good name and reputation.”
