City Tickets Woman $40 For Meter Violation That Wasn’t Her Car

Another city meter mess. A Stratford woman received a $40 parking ticket for a car that wasn’t hers. It was a municipal vehicle. Oh well, who’s counting? The City Council’s Contracts Committee will weigh a 12-month moratorium for the electronic meters enforcement and collections at its Tuesday meeting.
