Judge Sides With P&Z, Rejects Halfway House Application

Superior Court Judge Theodore Tyma has ruled for the city’s Planning & Zoning Commission that denied a second extension of time for a proposed 120-bed halfway house by Community Solutions Inc. at Norman Street and Railroad Avenue.
